1223 ORDINANCE NO. 1223
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD~ FLORIDA,
A1VIENDING CHAFTER 6, ARTICLE III0 SECTION 6-32~
OF THE SANFORD CITY CODE, SAID AMENDMENT
AMENDING TIrE NUMBER OF PLUMBERS, ELECTRICIANS
AND CONTRACTORS ON THE CONTRACTORS EXAMINING
BOARD AND TO AMEND THE TERM OF SERVICE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 6o Buildings, Article IIL Central
Contractors Examining Board, Section 6-32~ Membership; Terms, of the
Sanford City Code is hereby amended to real as fellows:
Section 6-32
"The board created by this article shall consist of three (3)
licensed Master Plumbers; three (3) licensed Master
Electricians; three (3) licensed Building Contractors,
Class A, B or C; two (2) licensed Air Conditioning
Contractors; one (1) licensed Mechanical Contractor;
and one (1) licensed Swimming Pool Contractor,
Appointments to said Board shall be made by the City
Commission and each appointment shall be for a period
of two (2) years."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its p~ss~g~and adoption.
