AN ORDINANCE OF T~ CITY OF SA~ORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDO~NG A PORTION OF
MYRTLE AVENUE LYING BET~EN T~ SOUTH LI~
OF FOURTEENTH STREET AND T~ SEABOARD COAST
LI~ ~ILROAD ~GHT-OF-WAY AND A PORTION OF
FOURTEENTH STREET LYING BET~EN THE ~ST LI~
OF MYRTLE AVENUE AND THE SEABOARD COAST LI~
RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
BE IT ENACTED BY T~ PEOPLE OF T~ CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That potions of certain streets in the City of Sanford,
Florida, described as Follows, to-wit:
A. That portion of My~le Avenue lying between the
South line of Fou~eenth Street and the Seaboard
Coast Line railroad ~ght-of-way, in Block
E. R, Traffords Map of Sanford, according to
the Plat thereof recorded in ~lat Book 1, Pages
56 through 64, ~blic Records o[ Seminole Co~ty,
Florida.
B. That portion of Fourteenth Street lying between the
West line of My~le Avenue and the Seaboard Coast
Line railroad jght-of-way in Tier 6, E. R. Traffords
Map of Sanford, according to the Plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 1~ Pages 56 through 64~ ~blic ~cords
of Seminole County, Flo~da.
be and the same are hereby closed, vacated ~d abandoned as public streets
in the City of Sanford, and the City does hereby discla~ [or itself ~nd the
public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be ~d the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3, That this ordnance shall become effectived immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
