AgA OF THE CITY OF SANFOD, FLORIDA, THE AgA
DESCRIBED g~INAFTER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF C~PTER 73-620, LAWS OF FLORIDA,
1973.
Wg~AS, ~here has been filed with the City Clerk of ~he City
of Sanford, Florida, a petition cogainigg the names of the prope~y owners
in ~he area described hereinafter requesting annexation to ~he corporate
area of the City of Sanford, Florida, and requesting to be included therein;
and
Wg~AS, the Tax Assessor of Seminole County, Florida, having
ce~ified ~hat there are fourteen property owners in the area to be annexed agd
~hat eight of said proper{y owners have signed the petition for annexation, and
WgREAS, the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida,
has deemed it ~ the bes~ interest of the City to accep~ said petition and to
annex said area;
NOW, THEgFOg~ BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. Tha~ that certain area in Seminole County, Flo~da,
described as follows be and the same is hereby annexed to ad made a part
of ~he City of Sanford, Florida~ pursuant ~o the terns of Chapte~ 73-620,
Laws of Florida, 1973:

SECTION 2. That upon this ordinance becoming effective, the
residents and property owners in the above described annexed area shall be
entitled to all the rights and privileges and immunities as are from time to
time granted to residents and property owners of the City of Sanford, Florida,
and as are further provided in Chapter 73-620, Laws of Florida, 1973, and
shall further be subject to the responsibilities of residence or ownership as
may from time to time be determined by the governing authority of the City of
Sanford, Florida, and the provisions of said Chapter 73-620, Laws of Florida,
1973.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
