1213 ORDINANCE NO. 12 13
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AM_ENDING ARTICLE Vo USE PROVISIONS, SECTION 8,
SAID A1VIEND1VIENT PROVIDING FOR THE ADDITION OF
A CONDITIONAL USE TO ALLO~V GROUND SIGNS WHICH
CONFORM TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Article V0 Use Provisions; Section 8o RC-I~
Restricted Commercial District; Sub-section B# Conditional Uses Permitted;
shall be amended by the addition of Paragraph (8) as follows:
(8) Ground signs conforming to the provision of the
City's Sign Ordinance.
SECTION 2. Except as amended herein~ said Ordinance as
amended shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
