ORDINANCE NO. 1211
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF
CYPRESS AVENUE LYING BETV~EEN FIRST STREET AND
SECOND (UNION) STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF TIlE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That a portion of a certain street described as:
That portion of Cypress Avenue lying between First
Street and Second (~nioa)
be and the same is hereby closed° vacated and abandoned as a publi~ alley!in
the City of Sanford, Florida, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and
the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 8. That this ordinance shall become effective~ immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
