1210 ORDINANCE NO. 1210
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1165 OF THE SANFORD
CITY CODE, SAID AMENDMENT TO EXEMPT POINT OF
PURCHASE REAL ESTATE SIGNS NOT EXCEEDING SIX
(6) SQUARE FEET IN AREA FROM THE FEES AND PER-
MITS REQUIRED UNDER ARTICLE VII OF SAID ORDINANCE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Article VII of Ordinance No. 1165, Fees
and Permits, is hereby amended to exempt Point or Purchase real estate signs
not exceeding six (6) square feet in area from the fees and permits required by
said Article.
SECTION 2. Except as amended herein, said Ordinance as amended
shall remain in full force and effect,
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
