T~REOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 64, OF T~
PUBLIC ~CORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY T~ ~OPLE OF T~ CITY OF SANFORD, FLO~DA:
SECTION 1. That that certain alley described as:
That part of Alley lying between Lots 7, 8, 13, 14, 15
and 16, and lying 15 feet South of- ~e North lines of
Lots 7, 13, Cares' Addition, Sanford, Flo~da, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 64,
Public ~cords of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated ~d abandoned as a public alley in
the City of Sanford, and the City does hereby discla~ for itself and lhe
public all ~terest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That ~his ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon i~s passage and adoption.
