1208 ORDINANCE NO. 1208
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA,
AMENDING ARTICLE V, USE PROVISIONS FOR THE SALE
OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FOR CONSUMPTION ON THE
PREMISES IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 3 OF THE
CITY CODE AND AFTER APPROVAL BY THE SANFORD
CITY COMMISSION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Article Vo Use Provisions; Section 9., GC-2~
General Commercial District; Sub-section B. ~ Conditional Uses Permitted;
paragraph (8) be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on the
premises in accordance with Chapter 3 of the City
Code and after approval by the Sanford City Commission."
,SECTION 2. Except as amended herein, said Ordinance as
amended shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall become effective ~mmedfately
upon its passage and adoption.
