AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLOt{IDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROI~ERTY LOCATED
SOUTH OF AIRPORT BOULEVARD AND EAST OF U. S.
17-92 TO GC-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF TIlE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida~ passed and adopted December 11, 19720 said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Ciiy of Sanfords Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That property described as follows, to-wit:
Beg. 364 feet South 24' 30' West of a point 949.7 feet
South of the NW corner of Section 12, Township 20 South,
Range 30 East, at a point on the Easterly right of way line
of State Road 15 and 600, thence run South 64® 30' East
368.3 feet; South 73.12 feet; South 64° 30' East 264.5 feet;
East 392.31 feet, North 0° 38' East 459.75 feet; West to
the Easterly right of way line of State Road 15 and 600;
South 24' 30' West 126o 94 feet to the Point of Beginning,
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General
Commercial) District.
SECTION 2o That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effectfxre immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
