1205 ORDINANCE NO. 1205
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NOo 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION
OF TWENTY-FIFTH STREET AND SANFORD AVENUE
TO GC-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford~
Florida# passed and adopted December 11o 1972~ said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings~ structures, land and
water° for trade~ industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same
is hereby amended as follows:
That property described as follows~ to-wit:
Lot 1 (Less North 20 feet for Road) and all of Lots 2
through 5, Block 10 Pa.lrn Terrace° as recorded in
Plat Book 4, Page 82, Public Records of Seminole
County~ Florida~
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
