AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORDo FLORIDA,
A1VIENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID A1VLEND1VIENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT
THE IrE CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF LOCUST AVENUE
AND SEVENTH STREET TO RC-1 (RESTRICTED CO1VHViERCIAL)
DISTRICT.
BE tT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFOiID, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December tl, 1972, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and
water, for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same
is hereby amended as follows:
That property described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 10, Block 8, Tier E, E. R. Trafford's Map of Sanfordo
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1~
Pages 56 through 64~ Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida°
be and the same is hereby placed in RC-1 (Restricted
Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
