AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 O~F SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT
TIlE SOUTHVVEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF TWENTY
FIFTH STREET AND SANFORD AVENUE TO GC-2 (GENERAL
COMMERCIAL)DI STRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That OrdLnance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted Deeember 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and
water, for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same
is hereby amended as follows:
That property described as follows, to-wR:
Lots 1o 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6o Frank L. Woodruff's Subdivision
of Lands, South Sanford, Florida, according to plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 44 of the Public Records of
Selninole County, Florida, less the Westerly 100 feet of
Lots 1, 3 and 5, and less State Roads,
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial
District).
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
