1200 ORDINANCE NO. 1200
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SEC. 14-1 OF CHAPTER 14 OF THE SANFORD
CITY CODE, SAID AMENDMENT ADOPTING THE SOUTHERN
STANDARD HOUSING CODE, 1973 REVISION, PREPARED BY
THE SOUTHERN BUILDING CODE CONGRESS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 14-1 of Chapter 14 of the Sanford City
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"The Southern Standard Housing Code° 1973 Revision, prepared
by the Southern Building Code Congress, is hereby adopted by the City,
and one copy of said code is filed in the office of the City Clerk as a matter
of permanent record of the City, and the matters and contents therein are
made a part of this chapter by reference as fully and completely as if set
forth hereino and such copy shall remain on file in said office available
for public inspection. l,
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
