1199 ORDINANCE NO. 1199
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097, SAID ORDINANCE
BEING THE ZONING REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLOPJDA, SAID AMENDMENT ADDING A
CATEGORY TO THE CONDITIONAL USE PROVISIONS
IN THE MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING
DISTRICT TO PROVIDE FOR COLLEGES, VOCATIONAL
AN TECHNICAL SCHOOLS, HIGH SCHOOLS, AND PUBLIC
BUILDINGS, AND FURTHER AMENDING THE CONDITIONAL
USE PROVISIONS OF THE MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL,
OFFICE AND INSTITUTIONAL DISTRICT TO PROVIDE FOR
MOTELS AS A CONDITIONAL USE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the following Paragraph is hereby added
to Article V, Use Provisions, Section 5, MR-t (Multiple-Family Residential
Dwelling) District, Subsection B. Conditional Uses Permitted:
(3) Colleges, vocational and technical schools, high
schools° and public buildings.
SECTION 2. That Article V, Use Provisions, Section 7, RMOI,
(Multiple-Family Residential~ Office and Institutional) District, Subsection
B. Conditional Uses Permitted, Paragraph (2), is hereby amended to
read:
(2) Hospitals and motels.
SECTION 3. Except as amended herein, said Ordinance as
amended shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
