ORDINANCE NO. 1198
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF
MYRTLE AVENUE LYING BETV~EEN FULTON STREET
AND SEMINOLE BOULEVARD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That a portion of a certain street in the City of
Sanford~ Florida, described as follo~vs, to-v~it:
The Easterly 11 feet and the ~Vesterly 11 feet of ~hat
portion of Myrtle Avenue lying between Fulton Street
and Seminole Boulevard,
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public street
in the City of Sanford, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and the
public all interest therein. except that the City of Sanfo~d hereby reserves
the use of the V~festerly 11 feet of Myrtle Avenue unto the City of Sanford
for utility purposes.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herev~ith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 8. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
