1197 ORDINANCE NO. l19Y
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING
BETWEEN 26TH PLACE (W YLLY AVENUE) AND VACATED
LEMON STREET AND WEST OF DEPOT AVENUE TO MI-2
(MEDIUM INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD0 FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December ll, 1972, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive zoning ordinance Of the City of Sanford0 Florida, regulating
and restricting the Iotarich and use of buildings, structures, land and water,
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is
hereby amended as follows:
That property described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 5 and 8, Block 10, A. B. Russell's Addition to Fort Reed
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1,
Page 97, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in MI-2 (Medium Industrial)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
