AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID A1VIEND1VIENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING AT THE
SW CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF FRENCH AVENUE
AND TVV]ENTIETH STREET TO GC-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL)
DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopied December 11, 1972· said ordinance being the
Comprehensive zoning ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water,
for trade, industry· residence or other pruposes, be and the same is
hereby amended as follows:
That property described as follows° to-wit:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, BOYD'S SUBDIVISION, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book l, Page 85,
Public Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial)
District.
SECTION 2o That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
