AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING
NORTH OF COUNTRY CLUB ROAD AND WEST OF VACATED
SCL i~a~ILROAD RIGHT OF WAY TO RI-1 (RESTRICTED
INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive zoning ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water°
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is
hereby amended as follows:
That property described as follows, to-wit:
"SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A"
be and the same is hereby placed in RI-1 (Restricted Industrial)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
