ORDINANCE NO. 11~2
AN ORDINANCE OF T~ CITY OF SANFORD, FLO~DA, o~-
AN~XING TO AND INCLUDING ~THIN THE CORPO~TE ~
AREA OF THE CITY OF SANFO~, FLO~DA, THE A~A
DESCRIBED HE~INAFTER IN ACCORDANCE WITH T~
PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 73-620, LAWS OF FLORIDA,
1973.
WHE~AS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the City
of S~ford, Florida, a petition conta~ing the name of ~e property owner
in the area described hereinafter requesting annexation to ~he corporate
area of the City of Sanford, Florida, and requesting to be included ~herein;
and
W~AS, ~he Tax Assessor of Seminole County, Florida, having
certified that there is one property owner in ~e area to be annexed and
~hat the said property owner has signed the petition for annexation, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Sanford~ Florida
has deemed it in ~he best interest of the City to accept said petition and to
annex said area;
NOW, T~FO~, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T~
CITY OF SANFORD, FLO~DA:
SECTION 1. That that ee~ain area in Seminole County, Florida,
described as follows be and ~he same is hereby annexed ~o and made a part
of the City of Sanford, Florida, pursuant to the terms of Chapter 73-620,
Laws of Florida, 1973:

SECTION 2. That upon this ordinance becoming effective,
the residents and property owner in the above described annexed area
shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges and immunities as are
from time to time granted to residents and property owners of the City
of Sanford, Florida, and as are further provided in Chapter 73-620,
Laws of Florida, 1973, and shall further be subject to the responsibilities
of residence or ownership as may be from time to time determined by
the governing authority of the City of Sanford, Florida, and the provisions
of said Chapter 73-620, Laws of Florida, 1973.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.

EXHIBIT A
Beginning at a point on the present western CLty Limits line of the
City of Sanford, which line [s parallel with and 278 feet westwardly,
measured a~ right angles from the center line of Persimmon Avenue;
said point being d[s~ant 8 fee~ southwes~wardly, measured a~ right
angles from ~he center line of SCL's Sanford - Aloma Tract; running
thence southwardiy along said C[~y Limits line 509 feet more or less;
thence wes~wardly at r[gh~ angles from ~he preceding course 600 feet
more or less to a point 22 feet eas~wardly, measured a~ right angles
rad[ally from ~he center line of SCL's Jacksonville - Tampa main
track; thence northwardly and northwestwardly parallel and/or
concentric with ~he last mentioned center line 1,430 fee~ more or less
to a po[n~ 8 feet southwestwardly, measured at right angles from ~he
cen~er line of said SCLIs Sanford - Aloma main track; sa['d point

Florida, do hereby certify that a true and correct copy of the
foregoing Ordinance No. 1192, PASSED and ADOPTED by the City
Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 26th day of
November, 1973, was POSTED at the front door of the City Hall
in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 28th day of November,
1973.
