1190 ORDINANCE NO. 1190
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, A1VLENDING SEC. 19-1 OF CHAPTER
OF THE SANFORD CITY CODE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 19-1 of Chapter 19 of the Sanford
City Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"The 197S revision to the 1971 edition of the Southern Standard
Plumbing Code, prepared by the Southern Building Code Congress, is hereby
adopted by the city, one copy of which code is herewith filed in the office
of the city clerk as a matter of permanent record of the city, and the
matters and contents therein are made a part of this chapter by reference as
fully and completely as if set forth herein, and such copy shall remain on
file in said office available for public inspection."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
