1189 ORDINANCE NO. 1189
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING SEC. 6-1OF CHAPTER 6,
OF THE SANFORD CITY CODE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 6-1 of Chapter 6 of the Sanford City
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"The Southern Standard Building Code, 1973 edition, prepared
by the Southern Building Code Congress, is hereby adopted by the city,
and one copy of said code is filed in the office of the city clerk as a matter
of permanent record of the city, and the matters and contents therein are
made a par% of this chapter by reference as fully and completely as if set
forth herein, and such copy shall remain on file in said office available
for public inspection".
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
