ORDINANCE NO. 1185
AN ORDINANCE OF TIlE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING
A PORTION OF OSCEOLA DRIVE LYING BET~VEEN
HARTV~ELL AVENUE AND GEORGIA AVENUE IN
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That a portion of a certain street in the City of
Sanford, Florida° described as follows° to-wit:
That poi~ion of Osceola Drive lying between Block 88 and
Block 88, Dreamwold Subdivision° Fourth Section°
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4,
Page 89, of the Public Records of Seminole County°
Florida,
be and the same is hereby closed° vacated and abandoned as a public
street in the City of Sanford, and the City does hereby disclaim for itself
and the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 8. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
