AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD0 FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF
I-IART~VELL AVENUE LYING SOUTH OF 25TFI STREET AND
NORTH OF THAT CERTAIN UNNA1VIED STREET NORTH OF
BLOCK 29, DREAM ~VOLD SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF
SANFORD0 FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF TIlE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That a portion of a certain street in the City of
Sanfordo Florida~ described as follows, to-wit:
That portion of Hartwell Avenue lying between a Park and
Blocks 35 and 88, Dreamwold Subdivision, Fourth Section,
according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page
Public Records of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby closed~ vacated and abandoned as a public street
in the City of Sanfords and the City does hereby disclaim for itself and the
public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
