1181 ORDINANCE NO. 1181
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10970
SAID ORDINANCE BEING THE ZONING REGU-
LATIONS OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
SAID AMENDMENT ADDING A CONDITIONAL
USE FOR SALE AND SERVICE OF MOBILE HOMES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Article V USE PROVISIONS, Section 9 GC-2
General Cornmercial District° Paragraph B Conditional Uses Permitted,
Item (5) shall be amended to read:
"(5)Automotive and mobile homes, new and used, sales
and service."
SECTION 2. Except as amended herein, said Ordinance as
amended shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shah become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
