1175 ORDINANCE NO. 1175 AN ORDINANCE OF TIlE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN TIrE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN TIlE DISTRICT DELINEATED BELO~V. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF TIIE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December i!, 1972, said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water, for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: That property described as follows, to-wit: Lots 88, 89, 90 and 91, OAK HILL ADDITION TO SOUTH SANFORD, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 86, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby placed in RC-1 (Restricted Commercial) District. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
