AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN V~flTHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT PLACING
CERTAIN TERRITORY IN TIrE DISTRICT DELINEATED
BE LOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water,
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That property described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 20, Robinson Survey,
run east 150 feet, south 95 feet, east 100 feet, south 95 feet,
west to the Southwest corner of Said Lot 20, and thence north-
easterly along the east right-of-way line of the Southwest Road
to the point of beginning, all in Lot 20, Robinson Survey, as
recorded in Plat Book 1, page 92,
be and the same is hereby placed in RC-1 (Restricted Commercial)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
