1169 ORDINANCE NO. 1169
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 28, SECTION 28-25, OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, 1973,
~VHICH SAID SECTION ESTABLISHES SEVV'ER RATES
AND CHARGES, SAID A1V~END1VLENT CI-LANGING SAID
RATES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF TITE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 28, The Code of the City of Sanford,
Florida, 1973, as amended, Section 28-25, be and the same is hereby
amended changing the rates and charges for sewer and sewer collection
according to Schedule A attached hereto and by reference incorporated
herein.
SECTION 2. Except as herein specifically modified, said
section shall remain in full force and virtue.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective October 10
1973.
