1167 ORDINANCE NO. 1167
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ARTICLE III, SUB-SECTION (b) (1) OF
SECTION 2?, THAT CERTAIN SECTION REQUIRING
THAT APPLICANTS FOR A CITY CHAUFFEUR'S
PERMIT SHALL BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OVER.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION '1. That Chapter 27, Code of the City of Sanford,
Florida, 1973, Sub-section (b) (1) of Section 27 be, and the same is
hereby amended as follows:
SECTION 27. Chauffeur's permit.
(b) Applicants for a city chauffeur's permit
shall also be:
(1) Eighteen years of age or over.
SECTION 2. Except as herein specifically modified, said
section shall remain in full force and virtue.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective October 1,
1973.
