1164 ORDINANCE NO. 1164 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA° A1VIENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID A1ViENDtVEENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN THE DISTRICTS DELINEATED BELOW. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD0 FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricing the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water, for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: (a) That that property described as follows, to-wit: Begin 1188.48 feet South ore 1/4 post ~un N 72° 4S' W 1307.2'~ N 25 1/2' E 411.5', S 71~ 40', E 1133', S 450.17' to beginning, Section 11, Township 20 South, Range 30 East, Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby placed in SR-2 (Mobile Home Residential Dwelling) District. (b) That that property described as follows, to-wit: Begin SE corner of NE 1/4 of SE 1/4, run N 154.82', N 72® 43' W 1307.2', SW on State Road to Point West of Beginning E to Beginning, Section 11, Township 20 South, Range 30 East, Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial) District. (c) That that property described as follows, to-wit: S 1/2 of SE 1/4 of SE 1/4, Section 11. Township 20 South, Range 30 East, Seminole County, Florida, AND Lots 8 and 9, Block S, Sunland Estates, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 16-22, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby placed in MR-2 (Multiple-Family Residential Dwelling) District. (d) That that property described as follows, to-wit: Begin at a point 200 feet West and 130 feet North of SE corner of Block 94, M. M. Smith's Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, run South 130 feet, East 200 feet, North 180 feet, West 165 feet, Southwesterly to Point of Beginning, be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial) District. (e) That that property described as follows, to-wit: Begin 662 feet North of the S 1/4 section post of Section 26, Township 19 South, Range 30 East, thence run East 289 feet, thence North to Leesburg Branch of Atlantic Coastline Railroad, thence Southwesterly along Railroad, 316.6 feet South to Beginning (Less streets), Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial) District. (f) That that property described as follows, to-wit: That portion of the East 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section Township 20 South, Range 30 East, situated SE of U S Highway 17-92, Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial) District. (k) That that property described as follows, to-wit: Begin at the SW corner of Lot 5, Amended Plat of Druid Park, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 5, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, run Northeasterly aloag US Highway 17-92 43 feet, South 64' 52' East 85.45 feet West to Beginning, Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial) District. (1) That that property described as follows, to-wit: South 1/4 of SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 (Less Dreamwold, 4th Section according to the Mat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 99, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, and Vi Mar, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 64, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida) and NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 (Less Druid Park, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 34, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, and Amended Plat of Druid Park, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 5, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida) Section 1, Township 20 South, Range 30 East, Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby placed in MR-2 (Multiple7_Family Residential Dwelling) District. (m) That that property described as follows: to,,wit: Lots 4, 5, 8 and 15 through 20° Block 22, Dreamwold 4th Section, aceording to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 99, Public Records of SemKnole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial) District. (n) That that property described as follows, to-wit: Lots 21 through 28, Block 13, Dreamwold, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby placed in SR-1 (Single-Family Residential Dwelling) District. (o) That that property described as follows, to-wit: Lots 1 through 10 and Lots 28 through 35, Bloek 10, Dreamwold, aeeording to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 90, Public Reeords of Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby placed in MR-1 (Multiple- Family Residential Dwelling) District. (p) That that property described as follows, to-wit: West 1/2 of Lots 11 and 34 and all of Lots 12 through 33° Block 9, Dreamwold, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 90, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby placed in MR-1 (Multiple-Family Residential Dwelling) District. (q) That that property described as follows, to-wit: Lots 1 through 11 and Lots 24 through 35, Block Lots 8 through 27, Bloek 24~ and Lots 14, 15 and Block 20, Dreamwold, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 90, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, AND Lots 1 through 8-A and Lots 10~A through 17, Block 23, Dreamwold 4th Section, according to the Plat thereof recorded Hat Book 4, Page 99, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, be and the same is hereby placed in SR-1 (Single-Family Residential Dwelling) District. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
