1161 ORDINANCE NO. 1161
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF
A CERTAIN STREET IN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AS DELINEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That a portion of a certain street in the
City of Sanford, Florida, described as follows, ~o-wit:
The Easterly 20 fee~ of Glenway Drive abutting Lots 46,
47 and 48, Cottage Hill Subdi~sion, Seminole Co~ty,
Florida.
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public
street in the City of Sanford, and the City does hereby ~sclaim for
itself and the public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That aH ordinances or parts of ordin~ces in
conflict herewith be ~d the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That ~is ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage ~d adoption.
