AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
A1VIENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID A1VIEND1ViENT PLACING
CERTAIN TERRITORY IN THE DISTRICT DELINEATED
BELOV~.
BE IT ENACTED BY TI-i'E PEOPLE OF TIrE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida~ passed and adopted December 11o 19720 said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanfordo Florida~ regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings~ structures° land and water,
for trade, industry~ residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That property described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Browning and Heppe Survey and South
48 feet of Lot A0 Lake Minnie Estates° according to the
Plat thereof recorded ia Plat Book 80 Page 92~ Public
Records of Seminole County~ Florida, less the East 800
feet ~hereof~
be and ~he same is hereby placed in GC-~ (General Commercial)
District.
SECTION ~, Tha~ aR ordinances or p~ts of ord~ces in convict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 8. That this ordin~ce shall become effective immediately
upon its passage ~d adoption.
