AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AtVIENDING ORDINANCE NO, 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AM END1VLENT PLACING
CERTAIN TERRITORY IN THE DISTRICT DELINEATED

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford,
Florida, passed and adopted December ll, 1972, said ordinance being the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating
and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water,
for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That property described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 8 through 16, Block 21; Lots 11 through 18, Block 18;
and Lot 9, Block 15, Dreamwold, according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 3, Pages 90 and 91, Public Records of
Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
