1147 ORDINANCE NO. 1147
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097, SAID AMENDMENT
PROVIDING CERTAIN NEW REGULATIONS AND REQUIRE-
MENTS INVOLVING OFF-STREET PARKING FOR RETAIL
COMMERCIAL USES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Subsection E, Section 10, Article V of
Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida be and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"E. Off-Street Parking . Required off-street parking spaces
shall be provided as set forth in Article VI hereof, except
that no off-street parking shall be required for retail
commercial uses with 1,000 square feet or less sales area,
located within 300 feet of a City owned parking lot."
SECTION 2. Except as amended herein, said Ordinance as
amended shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
