~N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING A CERTAIN
ALLEY ~ THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AS
DELINEATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That certain alle? in the City of Sanford, FloPida,
described ss follows, to-wi~:
That certain North - South alley lying between Lots 12 = TM O
through 15 and Lots 16 through 19, Normany Square, ~,- (]
according ~o the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, S~
Page 11, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, ~
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as a public alley ~ ~
in the City of Sa~ord, and the City of Sa~ord, Florida specifically reserves
and retains for the City of Sanford, Florida all of said alley for utility
purposes.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in co~lict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
