AN ORDINANCE OF T~ CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDO~NG PORTIONS OF A
~ . STREET tN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AS
DELI~ATED BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY T~ PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1. Tha~ portion of a certain street in the City of Sanford,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
That part of EAST STREET lying between Block 21 and
Block 22~ Chapman and Tucker's Addition to Sanford,
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3,
Page 55, ~blic Records of Seminole Co~ty, Florida,
reserving unto the City of S~ford, Florida, a fifteen
foot easement for public utilities, said easement to
measure seven and one-half feet on each side of the center
line of Eas~ Street,
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as public street
in the City of Sanford, and the City does hereby disclaim for i~self and
~e public all interest therein.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or p~ts of ordinances in co~ict
herewith be and ~he same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordin~ce shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
