AN ORDINANCE OF TI-1E CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
A1VIENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN VV'iTHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID A1ViEND1VLENT PLACING
CERTAIN TERRITORY IN THE DISTRICTS DELINEATED
BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY TIrE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida,
passed and adopted December 11, 1972~ said ordinance being the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the
location and use of buildings, structures, land and water, for trade~ industry~
residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
(A) That property described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 58, M. M. Smith's Subdivision, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records
of Seminole County, Florida,
AND
Lot A, 1st Section, A. F. G. Industrial Tract, according to
the Plat Thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 22, Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida,
AND
Blocks A & C, A. F. G. Vegetable Tract, according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7o Page 14, Public Records
of Seminole County, Florida°
be and the same is hereby placed in MI-2 (Medium Industrial)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in Conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
