A1VLENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AB/LEND1VI~NT PLACING
CERTAIN TERRITORY IN TITE DISTRICT DELINEATED
BELO~V.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanfords Florida,
passed and adopted December 11, 1972o said ordinance being the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford0 Florida~ regulating and restricting the
location and use of buildings, structures° land and water, for trade, industry,
residence or other purposes° be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
That property described as follows° to-wit:
All of that part of SE 1/4 of Section 2, Township 20 South°
Range 30 East lying South and Westerly of right of way of
Airport Boulevard (formerly Onora-Grapeville Road) Less
West 200 feet of East 2022.24 feet and less East 20 feet of
West 220 feet of East 2022.24 feet of South 380 feet of
SE 1/4~ of Section 20 Township 20 South~ Range 30 East~
Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in MR-2 (Multiple-Family
Residential Dwelling) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
