AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD0 FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT PLACING
CERTAIN TERRITORY IN THE DISTRICTS DELINEATED
BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida,
passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the
location and use of buildings, structures, land and water, for trade, industry,
residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the property described as follows, to-wit:
All of Block 7, Tier 10, and Block 7, Tier 11, less Lots
9 and 10, E. R. TRAFFORD'S MAP OF THE TOWN OF
SANFORD, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 1, Pages 56-64, Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
