1134 ORDINANCE NO. 1134 AN ORDINANCE OF TIdE CITY OF SANFORD0 FLORIDA A1V~ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AM END1VLENT PLACING CERTAIN TERRITORY IN THE DISTRICTS DELI1VEATED BELOW. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF TI-IE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted December 11, 1972, said ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use of buildings, structures, land and water, for trade, industry, residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: That property described as follows° to-wit: Begin at the North line of First Street and the East line of Poplar Avenue according to E. R. Trafford's Map of the Town of Sanford0 according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 56-64, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, thence run East 150 feet, North 638 feet, West 150 feet, South 638 feet to the point of beginning. be and the same is hereby placed in _RI jl(ResJ;.~r].Cted!ndu_s~~rlct SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the Same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
