ORDINANCE NO. 1133
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
ANNEXING TO AND INCLUDING WITHIN THE CORPORATE
AREA OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, THE AREA
DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 57-1815, LAWS OF FLORIDA,
ACTS OF 1957.
WHEREAS, there have been filed with the City Clerk of the City of
Sanford, Florida, petitions containing the names of the majority of the property
owners in the area described hereinafter requesting annexation to the corporate
area of the City of Sanford, Florida, and requesting to be included therein; and
WHEREAS, the Tax Assessor of Seminole County, Florida having
certified that there are forty four property owners in the area to be annexed and
that a majority of said property owners have signed the petitions for annexation,
and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Sanfordo Florida has
deemed it in the best interest of the City to accept said petitions and to armex
said area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that certain area in Seminole County, Florida
described as follows be and the same is hereby annexed to and made a part
of the City of Sanford, Florida, pursuant to the terms of Chapter 57-1815,
Laws of Florida, Acts of 1957:
Lots 21 through 27, Block 13, DREAMWOLD, according to
the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 90, Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida,

to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 90,
Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
AND
Lots 1 through 8o Block 23; Lot 8 A, Block 23; and
Lots 11 through 17, Block 23, DREAMWOLD, 4TH
SECTION, according to the Plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 4o Page 99, Public Records of Seminole
County~ Florida.
AND
Lots 8 through 27 and Lots 30 and 31, Block 24, DREAMWOLD,
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 90,
Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.
AND
Lots 1 through 11 and Lots 24 through 35, Block 25,
DREAMWOLD, according to the Plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 3, Page 90, Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida.
SECTION 2. That upon this ordinance becoming effective° the
residents and property owners in the above described annexed area shall be
entitled to all the rights and privileges and immunities as are from time to
time granted to residents and property owners of the City of Sanford, Florida,
and as are further provided in Chapter 57-1815, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1957o
and shall further be subject to the responsibilities of residence or ownership
as may be from time to time determined by the governing authority of the
City of Sanford, Florida, and the provisions of said Chapter 57-1815, Laws of
Florida, A~ts of 1957.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
