AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA~
A1VIENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID A1VIENDMENT PLACING
CERTAIN TERRITORY IN THE DISTRICTS DELINEATED
BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida,
passed and adopted December ll, 1972, said ordinance being the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanfords Floridas ~'egulating and restricting the
location and use of buildings, structures~ land and water, for trade° industry,
residence or other- purposes, be and the sane is hereby amended ~s follows:
That the property described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 25 and 26° Lots 31 through 36; and Lots 40 through
48; PARK VIEW, SECOND ADDITION, according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4~ Page 5, Public
Records of Seminole County, Florida;
Begin 150 feet East of intersection of South right-of-way
line of 27th Street and West line of NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of
NE 1/4 of SE 1/4o Run South 225 reeto East ~39 feet°
North 225 feet, West 139 feet° to Point of Beginning, Section
1o Township 20 South~ Range 30 East, Seminole County,
Florida;
Begin at a point 300 feet South and 150 feet East of intersection
of South right-of-way line of 27th Street and West line of NE 1/4
of SE 1/4 for Point of Beginning, run North 75 feet, East 139 feet,
South 75 feet, West 139 feet to Point of Beginning and East 50 feet
of South 150 feet of North 300 feet of West 150 feet of East 1/4
of lYE 1/4 of SE 1/4o Section 1 Township 20 South, Range 30 East°
Seminole County, Florida;
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General Commercial)
District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
