AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
A1VIENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097, THE SAME BEING KNOWN
AS THE ZONING REGULATIONS OF TITE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, SAID A1VLEND1VIENT AMENDING ARTICLE ~, SECTION 4°
PARAGRAPH D (1) a TO PROVIDE FOR A REDUCTION OF THE
MINIMUM SITE AREA IN A MOBILE HOME PARK FROM TWENTY
ACRES TO TEN ACRES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF TIlE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Paragraph D (1) a0 Section 4o Article ~( of the
Zoning Regulations of the City of Sanford~ Florida, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
"D. (1) a. Minimum si~e area: 10 ac~es"
SECTION 2. Tha~ all ordinances or pa~s of ordinances in co~ict
herewith be and ~he same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. Tha~ this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon i~s passage and adoption.
