1120 ORDINANCE NO. 1120
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD0 FLORIDA,~
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1, OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT PROVIDING FOR AN AMEND-
MENT IN THE AMOUNTS OF BONDS GIVEN BY CERTAIN
OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OF SANFORD0 FLORIDA, FOR THE
FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE OF THEIR OFFICIAL DUTIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1 of the City of Sanford, Florida,
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"The following officers and officials of the City of
Sanford, Florida, before entering upon the duties of their office
shall give bonds to the City of Sanford~ Florida, said bonds to be
conditioned upon the faithful performance of their official duties:
City commissioners, each $ 1,000.00
City manager $i0, 000.00
City clerk $10,000.00
Finance director $10, 000. O0
Public Safety Administrator $10, 000.00
Chief of police $10, 000.00
The surety on each of such bonds shall be a regularly
accredited surety company authorized to do business under the laws
of the State of Florida. Ii
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
