1114 ORDINANCE NO. 1114~
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT PLACING
CERTAIN TERRITORY IN THE DISTRICTS DELINEATED
BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of
Sanford, Florida, passed and adopted DeCember lI, 1972, said
ordinance being the Comprehensive 'zoning Ordinance of the City of
Sanford, Florida, regulating and restricting the location and use
of building, structureS, land and water, for trade, industry~ resi-
dence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
fa) That the property described as follows, to-wit:
All of Block 3, Tierl8, E.R. Trafford's Map of
Sanford, according to the Plat Bookl, Pages
56-64, Public ReCords of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in GC-2 ~eneral
Commercial) District.
~) That the property described as follows, to-wit:
Northerly 240 feet of Lot A, less the Northerly 20
feet for read~ Lake Minnie EstateS, according to
the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 92,
Public Records Of Seminole County, Florida,
be and the 'same is hereby placed in GC-2 (General
Commercial) District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
