AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1097 BEING'KNOWNAS THE ZONING HEGULA-
TIONS OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT
AMENDING SR~IAA (SINGLE-FAMILy RESIDENTIAL DWELLING)
DISTRICT: SR-1A (SINGLE-FAMILY 'RESIDENTIAL DWELLING)
DISTRICT: SR-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING)
DISTRICT: MR-1 (MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING)
DISTRICT AS TO CONDITIONAL USES IN SAID DISTRICTS TO
PROVIDE FOR THE ADDITION OF CHURCHES AS A CONDITIONAL USE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That SubseCtion B of SeCtion 1 of Article V of
the Zoning Regulations of the 'City of Sanford, Florida be, and the
Same is hereby, amended asfollowS:
B. ConditiOnal UseS Permitted. When, after a review
of an application, the 'Planning and Zoning Commission
finds'as a fact that the proposed use is consistent
with the 'General DeVelopment Plan of the City of
Sanford, Florida, the following uses may be permitted:
~) Elementary schools.
(2) ProjeCt or subdivision entrance gates.
D) Utility plants.
(4) ChurcheS.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same 'are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immedi-
ately upon its passage 'and adoption.
