1112 ORDINANCE NO. 1112
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 27.6 (2) OF ORDINANCE NO. 1065,
SAID SECTION RELATING TO THE AMOUNT OF WATER,
SEVV'ER AND DRAINAGE CON1VECTION AND CONTROL
CHARGES, SAID AM END1VLENT CHANGING TH~ CLASS-
IFICATION RELATING TO DUPLEXES AND MULTIPLE-FAMILY
DWELLINGS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 27.6 (2) of Ordinance No. 1065 be and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows:
(2) Duplex and multiple-family dwelling units which are
serviced through a central service water meter and common
sewer tap five hundred fifty dollars for the first unit within
each building or structure; two hundred seventy five dollars
for the second unit; one hundred thirty seven dollars and fifty
cents for each additional unit.
Duplex and multiple-family dwelling units whereby each
unit is serviced through an individual water meter and
individual sewer tap five hundred fifty dollars per unit.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
