1110 ORDINANCE NO. 1110
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 1097 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CITY
OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT PLACING
CERTAIN TERRITORY IN THE DISTRICT DELINEATED
BELOW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1097 of the City of Sanford, Florida,
passed and adopted December 11, ]972, said ordinance being the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sanford, Florida° regulating and restricting the
location and use of buildings, structures, land and water, for trade, industry,
residence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
(a) That that property described as follows, to-wit:
Lo~s 1 through 5, Block 3, and Lots 6 through 10, Block 2,
ROSALIND HEIGHTS° according to the Plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 3, Page 47, Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida,
be and the same is hereby placed in SR-1 (Single Family Residential
Dwelling)District.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.

door of the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, on the 27th day of
