1108 ORDINANCE NO. 1108
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
PROVIDING FOR A FIRE DISTRICT IN THE DOWN TOWN
DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
DESIGNATED AS SC-3 SPECIAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
AS ESTABLISHED AND SHOWN ON THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the section designated as SC-3 Special Commercial
District on the Official Zoning Map of the City of Sanford, Florida, be and the
same is hereby defined as a Fire District and is hereby subject to all
regulations as set forth in the Southeastern Building Code and the National
Fire Code.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
