1107 ORDINANCE NO. 1107
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1097 BEING KNOWN AS THE
ZONING REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, SAID AMENDMENT AMENDING GC-2 GENERAL
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT AS TO ITEM 17 OF USES
PERMITTED TO PROVIDE FOR THE ADDITION OF APART-
MENTS TO THE USES PERMITTED.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Item (17) under uses permitted in the GC-2
General Commercial District be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
(17). Hotels, motels and apartments.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
