1106 ORDINANCE NO, 1106
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 4, SECTION zt-I THEREOF, THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, 1954, AS
AMENDED, SAID SECTION DESIGNATING THE ZONES IN
WHICH INTOXICATING LIQUORS MAY BE SOLD, SAID
AMENDMENT ADDING AN ADDITIONAL AREA TO SAID
ZONE,
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF TtiE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 4, Section 4-I thereof, The Code of the
City of Sanford, Florida, as amended, providing for the sale of intoxicating
liquors be, and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the area lying
on the West side of Sanford Avenue and the South side of 27th Street, said area
running West along 27th Street from Sanford Avenue a distance of 139 feet from
the Northeast corner of the property which is bounded by 27th Street on the
North and Sanford Avenue on the East, and running South along Sanford Avenue
from 27th Street a distance of 225 feet from the Northeast corner of said
property.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3, That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and adoption.
